How Booking & Approval Works

  1. Submit your application or collaboration inquiry
  2. We review alignment, goals, audience fit, and opportunity type
  3. Approved collaborations may receive recommended partnership options, pricing details, or custom proposals
  4. Certain collaborations, speaking opportunities, and custom projects require a non-refundable booking and coordination deposit to secure scheduling, planning, administrative preparation, and production time
  5. Booking deposits are separate from collaboration, visibility, partnership, or speaking fees
  6. Once confirmed, scheduling, coordination, and production planning begin
